JULIE PITTMAN

Julie is a Certified Health Coach with over a decade of fitness and nutrition coaching experience. Her passion for fitness started when she was a competitive cheerleader and grew stronger as she discovered the challenge of lifting weights in the gym. She is armed with a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and holds the following certifications: Precision Nutrition Level 2, CrossFit Level 2, & Certified Pre- and Postnatal Coach. 


Julie stands as a living testament to the profound connection between nutrition, fitness, and healing. In 2014, she donated part of her liver to someone in need, igniting her journey of recovery through supportive nutrition. Drawing from her personal experience, she understands the transformative power of nourishing the body with healthy food and lifestyle choices. 


Transitioning from being a competitive athlete to navigating the recovery of multiple major surgeries to juggling the responsibilities of motherhood, she has adapted her routines and nutrition strategy to accommodate life’s constantly shifting demands. With her profound understanding of the intricate relationship between nutrition and overall well-being, Julie specializes in tailoring her approach to support each client's unique needs and goals.


In her free time, Julie loves spending time outside with her husband and son, kayaking, biking, hiking, and camping. They prioritize a healthy lifestyle, whether it's through playing a game of pick-up soccer in the yard or exploring new healthy recipes. They also enjoy traveling internationally, seeking out new adventures and experiences.
